Interestingly, we weren't even looking to buy or sell when we met Nishant-we were simply exploring and scoping out a new building layout. His expertise quickly turned our curiosity into action, guiding us seamlessly through selling our old home and purchasing a brand-new one. Nishant has an exceptional ability to understand his clients' needs and consistently goes above and beyond, keeping every promise along the way. Thanks to him, we now have a brand-new home, a paid-off mortgage, and a friend for life. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

I would give Nishant 10/10 for service, reliability and his expertise on finding me the perfect home.
He was on top of everything, we secured a great home on first day it hit the market, we had our offer accepted within few hours and we could not have done it without him.

We got our house during Christmas holidays and had a very strict timeline to follow. After connecting with many Realtors, Nishant was able to meet our expectations and deliver on our timeline. He was there to book in last minute viewings and was always there when we needed any help. My husband and I enjoyed working with him and we recommend him to anyone who needs a Realtor.
